Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and key e-commerce platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with platform category managers and internal stakeholders Ensure brand alignment and premium presence across online marketplaces.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in mega campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11), flash sales, and vouchers.
  • Submit campaign entries, promotional mechanics, and creative assets on time.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
  • Track sales performance by platform and account.
  • Analyze sell-through, product performance, and campaign results.
  • Identify opportunities for assortment expansion and upselling.
  • Work with the content and creative team to ensure product listings are updated and optimized.
  • Monitor product reviews, ratings, and platform compliance.
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams for smooth order processing.
  • Ensure availability of inventory across all platforms.
  • Monitor penalties, ratings, and performance scorecards per platform.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.

Experience / Skills Requirements:

  • Experience in handling major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Strong understanding of marketplace tools, seller center dashboards, and e-commerce KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Experience in campaign planning, content optimization, and platform ads is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work in San Miguel, Manila.
