Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team, focused on delivering exceptional support for our insurance products. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries while demonstrating clear and professional communication in UK English. Key responsibilities include qualifying leads based on customers' insurance needs, scheduling appointments, and transferring qualified leads to the appropriate sales or advisory teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing excellent service through active listening and effective communication.

The ideal candidate has strong verbal English skills, preferably with a neutral UK accent, and experience in customer-facing roles—ideally in the insurance or financial services sector. You should be comfortable conveying complex insurance information clearly, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Flexibility to work shifts aligned with UK time zones is required, along with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries related to insurance products, ensuring clear and professional communication.

  • Qualify leads by assessing their insurance requirements and eligibility.

  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales or advisory teams.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information.

  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication.

  • Adapt communication style to cater to a diverse customer base while working in UK time zones.

  • Collaborate with team members and remain flexible in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal English communication skills, with a clear, neutral UK English accent preferred.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within insurance or financial services.

  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate complex insurance information.

  • Strong listening, questioning, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
