Key Responsibilities

VME is currently looking for an Accounting Officer/ Manager to join our team.

As a Accounting Officer/ Manager, you will be in-charge in all aspects of the accounting function, including setting up and maintaining accounting systems, providing cost-recovery services to clients, processing invoices for fees and charging costs, and preparing bank reconciliations, and related reports as required.

  • Strong accounting experience with both cash basis and accrual reporting, strong reporting experience, and the ability to consolidate multiple entities into one return.
  • Performs accounting functions such as reconciliation, and proposal of resolutions of discrepancies.
  • Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Enterprise
  • Record details on BIR Sales Book.
  • Invoicing, booking orders, & updating status of orders.
  • Updating of Sales Records, Remittances. and other task that may be assigned.
  • Preparing of Sales Report, Collections, Remittances, and others.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree Major in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA passer is an advantage
  • At least 3-5 years experience in the same position
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks and Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work, and ability to collaborate with your colleagues; excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • With strong decision-making skills, possesses leadership and people management.
  • Able to interpret market trends and development.
  • Oversee Accounting Department operation, supervise accounting staff, and help the management achieve its goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month
