3PL Pricing and Solutions Supervisor

MAJOR:

1. Ensure that all cost components are updated and calibrated within the agreed timeframe, aligned with government agencies to come up with a competitive price structure and proposal.

2. Ensure that all requests from BDEs are provided based on the requirements from the clients with coordination from Sourcing and Operations teams.

3. Ensure updated SRM (Standard Rate Matrix) based on mandated government policies and to be submitted monthly to VGSCI (VG Supply Chain, Inc.) COO, Transport Head, 3PL Head and BDE.

4. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of TRNF as the basis for the preparation of Statement of Account of truckers.

5. Oversee truckers' compliance with the necessary accreditation requirements based on the standard process.

6. Ensure that the deployment of subcon truckers are covered with proper documentation and have complied with the standard accreditation process.

7. Prepare the necessary reports required by management and present them during Transport Operations Reviews.

8. Ensure on time updating of Surged-up volume of request to support Operations and customers' requirements.

9. Oversee the installation, configuration, and daily operations of GPS device in VG Supply Chain, Inc. (VGSCI) accredited Sub-con Truckers.

10. Responsible for analyzing data to optimize routes, minimize delays and reduce fuel consumption.

11. Oversee tagging of available fleet based on mapping the location of GPS to back-up the lacking supply needed by Operations if needed. And responsible in monitoring dedicated and back-up fleets endorsed by Sourcing team to validate if the units is or are utilized.

12. Support in ensuring that the Quality Management System requirements are being followed and complied.

MINOR:

1. Communicate service issues as reported by subcon trucker and escalate to 3PL Pricing and Solutions Supervisor and Transport Operations Team and secure corrective and preventive actions as may be required.

2. Ensure coordination between Sourcing Liaison Officers and 3PL Documentation Clerk in terms of sourcing and compliance with 3PL standard set of procedures and policies.

3. Performs other duties that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any four-year course

Minimum of two (2) years job-related experience

Computer literate, knowledgeable in computer programs, good in planning, and problem-solving

Above average communication and presentation skills

Above average analytical ang negotiation skills

Proactive, innovative, and result oriented

With good interpersonal skills, open-minded, customer oriented

Committed to work and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
