MAJOR:

  1. Prepare and print checks for disbursement in accordance with approved payment terms.

  2. Record bill payments in NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial entries.

  3. Compile and submit the weekly list of checks for release to relevant stakeholders.

  4. Monitor and record all checks issued to maintain up-to-date and accurate cash flow records.

  5. Update the payment status of bills and ensure accurate tracking of outstanding obligations.

  6. Ensure the timely processing of payables and coordinate the collection of official receipts (OR) from suppliers.

  7. Coordinates with vendors on check availability and payment timelines on a timely basis

MINOR:

  1. Assist the Financial Reporting Team in reconciling unidentified disbursements.

  2. File financial documents including invoices, waybills, expense reports, official receipts and other supporting documents in an organized and timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounts payable, or general accounting. Open to fresh graduates.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential financial data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
