You've probably worked at an MSP, IT vendor, distributor, or services company. You've got killer communication skills and love chatting with clients to close deals. You're hungry to win—at work and in life.
Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
- Build strong relationships with clients (yes, actual humans)
- Understand their environments and help them stay sharp with the right tools and services
- Spot opportunities to improve their setup—and sell solutions that make sense
- Team up with our Service Desk, field techs, engineers, and project crew to deliver what you sell
- Keep those customer satisfaction scores looking shiny
We look for smart, driven people with the right attitude. You don't need to tick every box—but here's what helps:
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid technical chops in Microsoft Azure, Office365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Networking
- Commercial smarts—can you spot an upgrade opportunity from a mile away?
- Experience working with Aussie clients (bonus points if you can decode their slang)
- ConnectWise experience (nice to have, not a dealbreaker)
- MSP, IT vendor, or distributor background (preferred)
- Willing to work hybrid from Ortigas, Pasig City or Alabang, Muntinlupa office
- Excellent communication skills (yes, we're repeating this—it's that important)
