Position SummaryAs a Factory Talent & OD Executive, you will play a critical role in building a future-ready workforce and fostering a high-performance culture within our factory operations. This position is pivotal in driving talent acquisition, organizational development, and capability-building initiatives aligned with Nestlé's global standards and local business needs.
- Partner with factory leadership to identify talent needs and implement strategies for attracting and retaining the right talent.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline for critical roles.
- Drive programs that reinforce Nestlé's culture, values, and leadership principles at the factory level.
- Implement change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate learning and development programs to enhance people manager effectiveness and technical skills.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the factory workforce.
- Lead engagement activities to strengthen employee experience and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR Services and Total Rewards teams to ensure competitive and relevant benefits for factory employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
