Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
