Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.

The Impact you will have in this role

The Integration Consultant I works directly with clients and internal business partners to manage the implementation of the DTCC Solutions suite of products. The Integration Consultant I will act as the main point of contact for Client engagements while managing a project plan, and exeperformingd overseeing all onboarding activities through "go- live" to ensure targeted completion dates are achieved.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience preferably in the Financial Services industry with understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business.
• Solid project management skills with experience in leading implementation projects and multi-functional teams.
• Ability to understand complex technical problems and offer practical and innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical jargon to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation skills with experience delivering compelling technical presentations to clients.
• Demonstrable ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and craft technical solutions that address difficultiespoints.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Proficient in a second language is highly desirable.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriately

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Demonstrated project management and application integration skills required, PMP certified desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience preferably in the Financial Services industry with understanding of the Institutional Trade Flow and Trade Processing business e.g. STP and current securities industry initiatives
• Experience with similar business/application messaging systems and protocols highly desirable
• Must have extensive client facing experience with proven ability to effectively manage client expectations and concerns
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate information/issues clearly and succinctly to technical/non-technical colleagues and clients. Demonstrated problem-solving capability and analytical skills
