We are seeking a dedicated Customer Connection Specialist to join our Cebu team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador connecting our customers to our services and solutions. Your mission is to build lasting relationships by delivering personalized support and ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and assisted promptly.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and feedback through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and logistics to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Follow up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and gather insights for service improvement.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Identify trends and escalate complex issues to management for swift resolution.
  • Uphold company values and represent the Cebu branch professionally in all customer interactions.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in a BPO or related industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Based in Cebu or willing to relocate.
