Learning and System Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Learning and Systems Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of learning programs and systems to support employee development and organizational capability. This role ensures that training initiatives are effectively executed, learning technologies are efficiently managed, and system data is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of learning management systems (LMS) and ensure smooth user experience.
  • Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting of completion and effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and functional teams to enhance system functionality and align learning initiatives with business needs.
  • Maintain data accuracy, generate learning analytics, and support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize learning processes and tools.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to ensure high-quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, HR systems, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, or Cornerstone).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php90,000.00 per month
