In the Philippines, we're expanding our hospital furniture and equipment division — and we're looking for driven sales people to join our team.
The Opportunity
This isn't just another sales job. As a Solutions Sales Executive with Omni-Health, you'll be the face of our healthcare furniture solutions — introducing hospitals across the Philippines to smarter, safer, and more efficient ways of delivering patient care.
You'll focus on high-quality hospital furniture and medication carts, introducing healthcare technology that modernises wards, improves workflow, and enhances the patient experience. You'll gain direct exposure to leading hospitals, learn from a regional team with a proven record of success, and develop the skills to grow into bigger roles. With strong earning potential and hands-on mentorship, this role is built for ambitious professionals ready to make an impact in the healthcare technology industry.
Your Impact
- Build and maintain client relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the Philippines.
- Identify and close new
business development
opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. - Promote and present Omni-Health's
hospital furniture and medical equipment portfolio
— including beds and medication carts — to key decision-makers and procurement teams. - Conduct field visits,
product demonstrations
, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle. - Monitor
PhilGEPS
and other tender platforms, prepare compliant submissions, and manage all
tender documentation
. - Maintain accurate
sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports
within
Salesforce CRM
. - Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
What You Bring
- Minimum of
2 years of experience
in hospital, medical device, or healthcare solution sales – strong B2B solutions-sales experience will also be considered. - Diploma in Engineering
or similar field - Language proficiency:
Professional in English
and native-level Filipino. - Familiarity with hospital procurement, tendering, and healthcare equipment –
ideal but not necessary. - Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
Skills & Attributes:
- Familiarity with
hospital procurement and tendering processes
in the Philippines. - Proficiency in English and Filipino with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in using
CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
for pipeline and client management. - Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable "hunter" mindset with excellent organisational skills.
Working Conditions & Travel Requirements
- Regular travel within the Philippines (approx. 70% field-based).
- Occasional international travel for exhibitions, training, and regional meetings.
- Standard office hours - Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (though flexibility is expected based on client needs and sales activities)
