· Equipment Installation:

Install antennas, radios, cables, and other telecom hardware on towers, rooftops, and other structures.

· Rigging and Safety:

Safely rig and secure telecom equipment, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety regulations while working at heights.

· Tower Work:

Climb and maneuver on telecom towers to install and maintain equipment.

· Coordination:

Work closely with a team leader or site engineer, coordinate tasks, and ensure work meets client and manufacturer standards.

· Power and Civil Works:

Handle electrical connections and conduct minor civil works such as drilling, grinding, and masonry.

· Documentation:

Take quality site photos, particularly of the tower, for uploading to client platforms.

· Antenna Alignment:

Accurately align antennas for optimal signal strength and network coverage.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Experience: Proven experience in rigging for the telecom industry, including the installation of cellular equipment.

· Technical Skills: Familiarity with installing antennas, radios, fiber optic cables, and other telecom equipment.

· Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and guidelines for working at heights.

· Electrical Skills: Ability to handle power tapping systems.

· Communication: Good communication skills for coordinating with the team and following instructions from supervisors.

· Problem-Solving: A solutions-oriented mindset to address technical challenges.

· Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks and work in potentially demanding conditions.
