Land Acquisition Consultant

  • Ground verification of potential areas for the development of RE Project of Vena Energy and gather basic information useful for decision making;
  • Identification of landowners of areas of interest and facilitate initial inductions;
  • Assist in the collection/gathering of ownership documents from land owners and concerned Government agencies and perform initial review/verification of such documents;
  • Prepare field reports, document review findings and list of issues and concerns for Managers reference, guidance and/or action;
  • Assist in the negotiation of land leases, purchases, and other land related contracts and/or agreements;
  • Assist in processing required documentation for the curing of land leases/purchase contracts and other land related agreements;
  • Assist in the gathering of documents and data related to land permits;
  • Assist the team during field inspections by government agencies, contractors and other clients;
  • Perform various coordination among the LA team and/or the Project Development including landowners, LGUs and local stakeholders; and
  • Perform other tasks given by Project Development Team.

Pre-requisites:

  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • At least 3 years' experience in documentation
  • Working knowledge in any of the following: real estate transactions (land acquisition, transfer of ownership and titling process) and lease negotiations and documentation/registration
  • Though not a requirement, experience as a paralegal is an advantage
  • Good negotiation and organizational skills
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Laguna, Quezon or Pangasinan
