Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Land Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in land acquisition, negotiation, and documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting site visits to identify potential areas for land acquisition;
  • Negotiating with landowners to secure agreements;
  • Preparing and reviewing documents related to land transactions;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in land acquisition or a related field;
  • A strong understanding of land laws and regulations;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
