Key Responsibilities

1. As-Built Plan Preparation & Coordination

  • Prepare architectural and structural as-built plans subject to verification by the Project Management Department.
  • Provide subcontractors with architectural plans as reference for MEFP (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing) documentation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to gather MEFP as-built plans and testing certificates (for PM Dept checking).
  • Arrange printing of architectural and structural as-built plans, confirming details with the printing shop.
  • Compile complete sets of as-built plans and all required testing certificates.

2. Document Endorsement for Billing

  • Submit compiled as-built plans and testing certificates to the Accounting Department.
  • Gather subcontractors' final billing cover sheets and ensure completeness of attached documents.

3. Design Support

  • Conduct ocular inspections of the site as basis for design work.
  • Prepare initial design drawings for client review.
  • Revise designs based on client feedback and secure approval before finalization.

4. Estimate & Valuation Support

  • Perform quantity take-offs for selected project components.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to obtain updated material cost information.

Technical Competency Requirements

  • Drafting & Plan Preparation – Proficient in preparing architectural and structural plans using AutoCAD or similar tools.
  • Document Compilation & Quality Assurance – Organized and detail-oriented in compiling technical documents and certificates.
  • Design & Revision Handling – Ability to develop functional designs and integrate client feedback efficiently.
  • Coordination & Communication – Capable of working with subcontractors, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Quantity Estimation – Familiarity with standard quantity take-off techniques and valuation processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in design preparation, documentation, or related project support roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and other design/documentation tools.
  • Good organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments and subcontractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
