About the Mall Operations Officer role

The ideal candidate should be a leader who takes initiative in operations, making sure the mall runs smoothly and maintains high standards of safety and appearance. The candidate must effectively manage both in-house mall teams and agency staff, ensuring rules and service quality are strictly followed. This officer will lead programs to prevent equipment damage and will look for ways to always improve how the mall looks and how efficiently work is done.

A Mall Operations Officer's duties & responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

Overseeing Mall Operations:

• Handling the daily work and routines of the assigned mall, making sure all areas are safe and working as intended.
• Working with different mall teams and tenants to make sure daily work runs smoothly and to fix any sudden problems.
• Monitoring the mall through constant roving as well as via CCTV and acting quickly on emergencies or problems as they arise.
• Creating daily and monthly reports on changes and actions done to the assigned mall
• Regularly checking on in-house and agency staff, coordinating with them to address immediate and long-term challenges.

Overseeing Mall Maintenance and Upkeep:

• Creating and following schedules to prevent damage to all mall equipment and utilities such as but not limited to drainage and wiring.
• Project managing all maintenance & repair efforts as well as general building care.
• Handling requests for maintenance supplies and materials, and making sure there are good records of finished jobs and what maintenance is still needed.
• Keeping an organized record of reports digitally for easy access and reference.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the CEO or the Officer in Charge based on the different demands faced by the company.

Job Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Mall Operations unless the candidate has exhibited remarkable results academically or professionally. In such cases, relevant experience can be less than five (5) years, commensurate with achievements.
• Must have comprehensive, actionable, and immediately relevant technical knowledge of building operations such as relevant laws and other trends pertinent to the industry.
• Must have graduated with a Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Master's Degree is a huge advantage

Initial monthly salary range for this role is from PHP 20, ,000 and is commensurate to relevant job experience.

• This position requires the employee to report to the assigned mall in Quezon City from Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
