HR/Admin Officer

Job Description:
The HR Admin Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing various administrative and human resource functions to support company operations. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing timekeeping and payroll processing.
- Handling government-mandated benefits and employee records.
- Managing and maintaining the company's fixed assets.
- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Performing other related tasks that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR and administrative work.
- Honest, hardworking, and diligent.
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling employee and company information.
- Willing to be deployed under an agency arrangement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
