Field Sales Lead is primarily responsible for the supervision of the Field Sales Members ensuring sales activities implemented and sales target are met. He/She tracks goals and assists in the preparation of sales reports. Develops the Field Sales Members through motivation, coaching, and product knowledge. Leads the Towngaz Field Sales Team during local marketing saturation programs and brand awareness activities and ensures all members of the Field Sales Team comply with the company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least college level (any course)
  • With good salesmanship skills
  • Team oriented & with experience in team handling
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willing to do field work
  • Willing to work under project-based contract
  • Preferably with experience in LPG industry but not required

Duties & Responsibilities:

BRANDING AND MARKETING

  • Improve Store volume, maintain volume mix (50%-60% HH, 40%-50% Commercial & RTO).
  • Assist dealer in account solicitation (RTO & Commercial) and household penetration.
  • Conduct conversion activities & market intelligence.
  • Coordinates and assists dealer in the implementation of trade marketing programs and events in the store and exclusive partners.
  • Coordinates with the retailers/dealers, PSAM/PSM, LGUs and media partners.
  • Reports directly to PSAM / PSM.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Submits report of activities to PSAM/PSM for management reporting.
  • Maintain store customer database.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Assist the PSAMs and PSMs in all the store programs and activities.

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Monitors the daily tasks and objectives of the subordinates.
  • Provide crucial guidance and support to subordinates.
  • Reviews expenses, liquidation, reimbursements, and daily time records of subordinates.
  • Ensures Field Sales Members' sales activities are implemented and sales targets are met.
