Position Title: Community Manager
Work Arrangement: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Normal Business Hours (Philippine Time)
Position Overview:
We're looking for a driven and strategic Community Manager to build and grow an active, engaged community of digital marketers from the ground up. If you've scaled online communities from a few hundred to thousands—and not just inherited large ones—we want to talk to you. You'll lead community efforts across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn, with the goal of creating a space where digital marketers connect, learn, and grow together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale a thriving digital marketing community from scratch, starting with core platforms like Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create and execute a content and engagement strategy tailored to digital marketers—think discussions, AMAs, events, polls, and member spotlights.
- Foster meaningful engagement by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content.
- Monitor and moderate community spaces to ensure a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment.
- Analyze growth and engagement metrics, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO to align community-building efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles.
- Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members—ideally in marketing, tech, or creator spaces.
- Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn (other platforms a plus).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges—bonus if you're already part of relevant communities.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to connect with audiences in a friendly yet professional tone.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
