Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
  • 1–2 years of experience in support or coordination within real estate or a closely related sales support function
  • Highly organized, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both for internal coordination and broker engagement
  • Field-confident and detail-oriented, capable of managing a hybrid field-office workload
  • Willing to travel for work as required
