Position: Troubleshooting Support - SaaS
Company Industry: Creative / Digital Design Industry
Work Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Php 22,000 - Php 30,000 gross
Work Set Up: Hybrid
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Information Technology or any related course.
Experience in Customer Support or Technical Support is preferred (WordPress-related background is a strong plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to interact with customers professionally and stay composed in stressful situations.
Knowledgeable about WordPress basics, plugins, and troubleshooting techniques.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solid experience using WordPress, including installation, plugins, troubleshooting, and resolving common issues.
Able to explain technical problems in clear and simple terms for users.
Basic knowledge of web technologies like PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not always necessary.
Experienced in using ticketing systems or helpdesk platforms for customer support.
Skilled in active listening and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
