Golden Pencil is actively looking for a Warehouse Custodian. The role must fulfill the following:

Key Responsibilities:


• Receive and verify delivered/returned items and materials against invoices.


• Prepare materials and items required for events and ensure proper handover and signage of the endorsement form.


• Inspect the items for physical damage or breakages during shipment and unloading of items to the warehouse and stockroom upon return from events or other work locations.


• Arrange and organise all items and materials inside the warehouse, including secure storage of items.


• Properly label stock items according to the inventory code.


• Perform physical count during inventory and, when necessary, note any discrepancies and inform the superiors immediately.


• Assist in maintaining records of all supplies and items in the warehouse; conduct inventory as instructed.


• Assist in fabrication as needed.


• Ensure 24/6 security of the Company office and its contents while on free lodging from the company.


• Provide administrative and logistical support for events and activities.


• Assist with financial administration, such as processing payments.


• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:


• At least a SHS graduate


• At least two (2) years of related experience


• Fit to handle physical assignments or activities

• Residing at San Mateo, Rizal and okay to stay-in
