We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Accounting Assistant to support our

Accounting Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring accurate posting of client

payments in the system, assisting in the issuance of billed sales invoices, and preparing

acknowledgment receipts for received payments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in

maintaining financial accuracy and supporting smooth transactional processes across

departments.

Key Responsibilities:


• Post client payments accurately and promptly into the accounting system


• Assist in the preparation and issuance of billed sales invoices to clients


• Generate and release acknowledgment receipts for payments received


• Coordinate with internal teams to validate payment details and ensure proper

documentation


• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations


• Support reconciliation of accounts related to client transactions


• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to billing and payment entries


• Provide support during audits and financial reviews involving client payments

Qualifications:


• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related course


• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general

accounting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)


• Familiarity with invoicing systems and payment tracking tools is an advantage


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


• Trustworthy, proactive, and capable of handling sensitive financial information
