Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Accounting Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Accounting Staff or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly excel.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good moral character, hardworking, and a team player.
