Executive and Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Executive and Marketing Assistant to support our executive team and assist with marketing initiatives, including social media management. This dual-role position requires someone who can manage administrative tasks with precision while contributing to creative marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during executive meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries on behalf of executives.
Marketing Assistance:
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Create and schedule content for email marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and oversee company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Develop and schedule engaging content aligned with the company's brand and marketing goals.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, follower growth).
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistency across platforms.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain organized records and files for executive and marketing projects.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects assigned by the executive team.
- Order office supplies for the executive department and maintain a well-organized workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in executive support, marketing, and social media management roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling platforms).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid social media campaigns.
- Event planning or coordination experience.
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills.
