Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, managing content, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and passionate about marketing and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Campaign Support

  2. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social). Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and management to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time.

  3. Content Creation & Management

  4. Help create and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and blogs. Maintain and update content on the company website and other digital platforms.

  5. Market Research

-Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. Prepare reports and summaries to support strategic decisions.

  1. Event Coordination

-Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and promotional events. Handle event logistics and follow-up communications.

  1. Administrative Support

-Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and campaign calendars. Organize marketing materials, reports, and presentations.

  1. Analytics & Reporting

  2. Track and report on marketing campaign performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  3. Collaboration

Liaise with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • With at least 1–2 years of marketing experience (preferably in beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., Canva, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
