Position Details:
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home)
Schedule: Night Shift (8PM onwards) | Fixed Weekends Off
Training: 30–40 days onsite training
Qualifications:
College Graduate or 3rd Year Undergraduate (no back subjects)
For 2-Year College or Vocational Graduates – at least 1 year BPO experience in healthcare, financial, or insurance accounts
For Bachelor's Degree Holders – at least 1 year and 6 months BPO experience in healthcare, financial, or insurance accounts
Strong understanding of performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, QA)
Excellent English communication and customer service skills
Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and webcam for online assessments
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱24,000 Basic Pay + ₱7,000 Non-Tax Allowance
Total Monthly Package: Up to ₱32,000
