JOB OBJECTIVE Responsible for answering customer questions, taking care of customer complaints with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deals directly with internal and external customers by phone, electronically or face-to-face. Responds promptly to incoming customers inquiries. Handles and resolves customer complaints in a professional manner and within quality standards. Communicates and coordinates with internal departments concerned regarding the inquiries and concerns of customers. Keeps and maintains records of customer inquiries, comments, complaints, conversations, transactions and actions taken. Keeps Management informed of customers’ issues, concerns and complaints. Informs clients/customers about the payment process and their payment balance. Prepares and submits weekly report of total calls made to clients/customers. Performs other functions and duties that may be assigned from time to time. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Graduate of any four-year Business Course With at least six (6) months customer service experience Must have knowledge on customer service principles and practices Has the ability to build and maintain good relationship with clients With exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent attention to details and accuracy Computer proficient especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
