We are currently seeking a dedicated, highly skilled Social Media Account Executive to join our remote team. This is a full-time, work-from-home offshore position with strict performance expectations.

Role Overview

The Social Media Account Executive will be responsible for managing up to 30 client accounts daily, creating and editing content, engaging with clients, and ensuring that all deliverables meet EC Group's elite standards. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Account Management
• Manage, post, and monitor up to 30 client social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar for each client.

• Respond promptly to client messages and feedback via WhatsApp, email, or video calls.

• Content Creation & Design

• Use Canva to design high-quality graphics, posts, and stories.
• Use CapCut (or equivalent) to edit short-form video reels and stories.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Descript, MidJourney, etc.) to generate captions, ideas, and creative concepts.

• Client Communication

• Provide daily and weekly updates on content and performance.
• Communicate in fluent, professional English with excellent grammar and tone.
• Hold video/voice calls when required to update clients or internal managers.
• Performance Tracking
• Monitor engagement, reach, and growth metrics.
• Provide basic reports and suggestions for account improvement.

Requirements

• Work Schedule: Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM UK time (GMT, winter) → equivalent to 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM in the Philippines.
• Equipment:
• Must own a fully working computer/laptop capable of handling multiple accounts, video editing, and design software.
• Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection with backup options in case of downtime.
• Language & Communication:
• Must speak and write fluent English (clear, professional, and confident).
• Strong client-facing communication skills (especially via WhatsApp and video calls).
• Experience:
• At least 1–2 years of social media management experience (agency experience preferred).
• Must provide a small portfolio of past work (graphics, videos, campaigns).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Canva (graphics).
• Proficient in CapCut (video editing for short-form content).
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools.
• Ability to create professional, on-brand content under strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Metricool, etc.).
• Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Ability to juggle high workload and fast turnaround.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting.

Pay: Php65, Php100,000.00 per month
