Duties and Responsibilities:

· Market and sell concrete products to contractors, developers, and clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.

· Provide technical advice on concrete mix designs, pouring methods, and product use.

· Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.

· Coordinate with the batching plant to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

· Conduct client visits to check satisfaction and resolve issues.

· Negotiate and close sales to meet set targets.

· Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

· Maintain sales records and submit regular reports to management.

· Perform other related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATION

Education and/or Experience:

· Degree in Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related course.

· Can drive, has a valid driving license.

· Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

· Knowledge of concrete and construction practices is an advantage.

· Excellent customer service and leadership skills.

· Strong network abilities.

· Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.

· Computer literate.
