Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Management

  • Maintain, organize, and update project documentation, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper version control and distribution of construction documents.

Workflow & Coordination

  • Distribute incoming documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track submission and approval workflows, following up with responsible parties as needed.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to obtain required documentation.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure documentation meets project standards and contractual requirements.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate, organized records.
  • Prepare reports on document status, outstanding reviews, and pending approvals.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain drawing logs, document registers, and transmittals.
  • Assist with project closeout documentation, including O&M manuals, warranties, and as-builts.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project workflows.
  • Proficiency with document control software (Procore, Aconex, etc.) and MS Office.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Education & Experience

  • College graduate; associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of document control experience in the construction industry preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
