Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Management
- Maintain, organize, and update project documentation, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper version control and distribution of construction documents.
Workflow & Coordination
- Distribute incoming documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Track submission and approval workflows, following up with responsible parties as needed.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to obtain required documentation.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure documentation meets project standards and contractual requirements.
- Support audits by maintaining accurate, organized records.
- Prepare reports on document status, outstanding reviews, and pending approvals.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain drawing logs, document registers, and transmittals.
- Assist with project closeout documentation, including O&M manuals, warranties, and as-builts.
- Provide administrative support to the project team as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project workflows.
- Proficiency with document control software (Procore, Aconex, etc.) and MS Office.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
Education & Experience
- College graduate; associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of document control experience in the construction industry preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
