QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • · Control and monitor compliance of the project and their activities related to Quality Management System (QMS) of the client.
  • · Oversee the implementation of the project execution plan and monitor their compliance to the approved specifications of the client.
  • · Monitor and conduct non-destructive testing required for the project in coordination with the Project Manager and Quality Control Department of the client.
  • · Control of QA/QC documents of the entire project including test results and certificates, calibration, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC-related documents.
  • · In coordination with the Mechanical Site Engineer shall verify and validate that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
  • · Carry out random inspection and checking of all quality related procedures and ensure activities are performed as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
  • · Coordinate with the client's representative and site in-charge for the conduct of discussion meetings on quality issues and non-compliance reports.
  • · Ensure all quality control documentation requirements are fulfilled, completed and shall form part of the as-built hand documents.
  • · Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering course (Safety, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and/or Industrial)
  • · Preferably with PRC License
  • · With at least five (5) years of extensive work experience as QA/QC Officer from a semicon company, contractor or consulting firm
  • · Knowledge of engineering practices and methods
  • · Ability to read and understand construction plans
  • · Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and compliance with standards.
  • · Good verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members

*Willing to relocate

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
