  • Payroll:

· Ensures right implementation of timekeeping procedures

· Ensures accuracy of processing payroll

· Ensures the filed leave will be paid on time

· Ensures all documents (DTR, OT form and Clients' approval) are completely submitted

· Ensures the timely printing and distribution of pay slip.

· Validates employee's salary concerns and ensures salary adjustment

· Other duties as assigned

Billing:

· Reports directly to the Accounting Head

· Prepares and process billing invoices.

· Ensures right implementation of billing procedures and report generation

· Process and manage billing concerns/issues

· Ensures implementation of changes to achieve alignment with Client regulations/needs

· Prepares monthly billing summary

· Process and encode billing invoice @ QB system for proper recording

· Other duties as assigned
