Job Description:

Influencer Marketing & PR

- Connect and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and key opinion leaders.

- Coordinate influencer campaigns from negotiations and briefs to content approvals and reporting.

- Track performance and generate reports on influencer and PR efforts.

- Handle media outreach for product launches, campaigns, and brand milestones.

- Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and event invitations.

TikTok & Content Creation:

- Plan, conceptualize and produce TikTok videos aligned with brand goals and trends.

- Monitor TikTok trends and adapt strategies for virality and engagement.

- Analyze TikTok metrics and audience insights to optimize content strategy.

Cross-Functional Support:

- Coordinate with the marketing team for aligned messaging and campaign timing.

- Support event execution by leveraging influencer and media presence.

- Contrubute ideas to broader brand campaigns and storytelling efforts.

Prefered Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications, public relations or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing. or social media content creation.
  • Experience in TikTok content production (either professionally or through personal projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital and influencer culture, especially on TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident in managing relationships and negotiations with influencers and media contracts.
