About the role

Plus Eighty One Bar and Restaurant Corporation is seeking a talented PR and Host to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will play a crucial part in driving the company's public relations and guest engagement efforts, ensuring an exceptional experience for all our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the public face of the company, welcoming and engaging with guests to create a warm and inviting atmosphere
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to plan and execute impactful PR campaigns and special events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, influencers, and community partners to drive positive brand awareness
  • Manage social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a public relations, hospitality, or customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of guests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
