Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Sales Finance Manager
The Sales Finance Manager plays a key role in the financial management and decision-making processes within BCFG. His/her primary responsibility will be to provide strategic financial analysis, planning, and support to the Commercial Finance team. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and senior management, to drive business growth, optimize financial performance, and ensure effective resource allocation.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess the company's commercial performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the commercial budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with the commercial team to set realistic targets and track performance against goals.
- Pricing and Margin Analysis: Analyze product pricing, profit margins, and sales trends to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide financial insights, evaluate new business opportunities, support contract negotiations, and drive profitability.
- Financial Planning: Assist in the development of strategic business plans and financial models to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to communicate commercial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Cost Analysis: Identify cost drivers, assess cost effectiveness, and provide recommendations to reduce expenses and improve operational efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities, propose mitigation strategies, and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams, to foster collaboration and alignment.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
What are the Qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and commercial finance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in business partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically to drive business growth.
