Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing CRM & Lead Generation Analyst to spearhead the development and implementation of the company's sales and CRM infrastructure for a Gaming Account. This role will be responsible for designing lead management processes, setting up CRM systems, and creating data-driven strategies to support the entire sales and marketing funnel.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, hands-on CRM experience, and the ability to build structured processes and reporting frameworks from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Development & Management

  • Design, implement, and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) from initial setup to full integration.
  • Define data flow, lead stages, and automation workflows for sales and marketing teams.
  • Create and maintain CRM dashboards and performance reports (conversion rates, pipeline health, ROI, etc.).
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and proper documentation of lead management processes.

Sales & Lead Generation Strategy

  • Develop lead generation strategies and processes tailored for the gaming industry.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to qualification and conversion.
  • Analyze lead performance and campaign metrics to improve targeting and conversion efficiency.
  • Support the sales team with insights, forecasts, and campaign effectiveness reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Business Development teams to align CRM usage with company goals.
  • Train internal teams on CRM best practices, lead tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Support the creation of sales pitches and marketing proposals using CRM data insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management, sales analytics, or process development (preferably in the gaming, tech, or BPO industry).
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
  • Experience building sales reports, dashboards, and automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, customer lifecycle, and marketing analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
