One of our multinational clients, an IT service provider, is currently looking for a Program Test Manager, who will join their dynamic team in Makati.

Work set-up: Remote

Work schedule: Day shift

Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand, review, analyze requirements and testing scope for the project
  • Leading and manages the team to ensure completion of projects deliverables and project success
  • Review and develop a comprehensive Test Plan and Test Strategy
  • Creates test estimates, delegates tasks, coordinates resources, monitors and control test progress, and ensures product quality of team members by reviewing test artifacts
  • Ensures the team has necessary resource to execute testing activities
  • Supports team members on project technicalities and when issue arises, train team members in terms of product knowledge and test process improvements
  • Develops evaluates test process improvements for the test team when necessary

Job qualifications:

Must Have skills:

  • With 12-18 years in Banking & Financial Services expertise/experience mostly direct QA, with 5-7 years in senior management roles.
  • Proven track record of leading QA organizations or large divisions, with experience in aligning QA strategies with business objectives.
  • Experience with lending and particular to auto-loan systems.
  • Understands regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, AML, data privacy laws).
  • Strong testing SME on Decision Rules Engine, Credit/Loan processes, integration to compliance & risk checks or similar experience.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide testing programs with multiple streams (SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance, Automation).
  • Experience creating test strategies for large transformation programs, especially those with system replacements and multiple integrations.
  • Strong skills in risk-based testing, test coverage mapping, and defect management.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end test lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA and Confluence).
  • Experience with sprint / iterative dev + testing approach.
  • Experience with SIT, UAT, Regression and Production verification testing management
  • Knowledge in API Integration and tools(e.g. Postman)
  • With strong technical testing lead skills and has technical background in managing automation testing, performance testing and security testing.
  • Can drive the completion of test deliverables until implementation of the project
  • Can manage minimum of 10 direct reports.
  • Willing to be assigned onsite for co-location with project working team.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English
