Qualifications:

With a Bachelor's Degree in Information technology, computer science or

equivalent ·

Should have at least 5 years systems analyst experience

(THIS IS A MUST)

Should have at least 2-3 years financial/banking industry (advantage)

Must be willing to work either in Makati City OR in Ortigas, Pasig

Role:

· Develop and implement test plans and test strategies based on project

requirements.

· Define and document test scope, objectives, and criteria for success.

· Create detailed test schedules and allocate resources accordingly.

· Team Management - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test engineers

and testers.

· Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.

· Ensure team members are adequately trained and have the necessary

tools and resources.

· Test Execution and Reporting

· Oversee the execution of various types of tests, including functional,

regression, performance, and security testing.

· Monitor test progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

· Identify and track defects, and work with development teams to ensure

timely resolution.

· Process Improvement - Continuously evaluate and improve testing

processes, methodologies, and tools.

· Implement best practices and industry standards for effective testing.

· Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage.

· Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers,

developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and

constraints.

· Facilitate communication between testing teams and other departments.

· Manage expectations and negotiate priorities as needed.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure that all software releases meet quality

standards before deployment.

· Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating

potential issues. - Participate in the review of project requirements and

design documents to ensure testability.
