Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine
    test strategies
    covering functional, integration, migration, data conversion, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing.
  • Oversee
    environment planning (SIT, UAT, Pre-Production)
    for complex, multi-wave Oracle implementations.
  • Coordinate
    cross-functional testing activities
    , managing onshore/offshore blended teams aligned with project timelines and quality goals.
  • Identify and drive
    automation opportunities
    (OATS, Selenium, etc.) and define
    performance-testing
    strategies for scalability.
  • Leverage
    integration knowledge
    to design and validate end-to-end flows across
    Oracle HCM–FI, SCM–FI OR Salesforce
    ensuring data accuracy.
  • Communicate
    testing progress, risks, and mitigation plans
    to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Champion
    QA best practices
    , including test design, environment control, and defect management.
  • Contribute to
    continuous improvement initiatives
    , fostering collaboration and innovation.

Functional Expertise:

  • Oracle HCM:
    Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent/Performance, Onboarding, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Approval Workflows, Fast Formula.

OR

  • Oracle SCM:
    Procurement, Advanced Procurement, Order Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Inventory, Manufacturing, P2P, O2C, IR-ISO, RMA, integrations.

OR

  • Finance (FI):
    GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Finance–SCM integrations, Oracle Financials Cloud (Billing, Revenue, Payments).

OR

Salesforce practice

Educational Qualifications:

  • Degree in Technology or Business-related discipline.
  • Preferred:
    ISEB/ISTQB or Project/Program Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2).

Work Experience:

  • 8–15 years of progressive IT experience, including
    hands-on testing leadership
    .
  • Experience in
    at least one full Salesforce OR Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or EBS implementation
    across HCM, SCM, or Finance.
  • Strong
    communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
    skills.

Technical & Functional Skills (Mandatory):

  • Deep knowledge of
    test planning, environment control, and integration testing
    for
    Oracle OR Salesforce
    transformations.
  • Expertise in
    test management tools
    (HP ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira).
  • Working knowledge of
    Agile/Scrum
    delivery models.
  • Familiar with
    data migration, cutover planning
    , and release alignment.
