About the Role


The Wellbeing & Safety Specialist will be responsible for the delivery of quality W&S subject matter expertise. You will provide advice and guidance to employees, navigating solutions and escalating unresolved cases where necessary, taking accountability and ensuring that ANZ meets its Wellbeing & Safety accountabilities.

What will your day look like?


As a Wellbeing & Safety Consultant, you will:

Deliver W&S activities including, case management, incident response and regulatory reporting.  Work with the team on key legislative changes and in-country regulatory requirements, to ensure W&S policy and process are complaint.Build and maintain effective relationships with customers & stakeholders Provide quality and timely coaching, advice, and support on H&S matters Promote Health, Safety, and Wellbeing to key stakeholders Ensure that all services delivered comply with governance requirements, policies, processes, and with legal & regulatory requirementsReview the implementation of W&S products & programs across ANZ workplaces and provide feedback on good practices as well as opportunities for improvementParticipate in and managing W&S projects and ensuring that projects targets & objectives are achievedW&S administrative tasks including, supporting the W&S Committee, data and document management  What will you bring?


To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Current qualification as a Safety Officer 3Experience in developing and providing solutions to health and safety issuesSound knowledge of trends and of relevant legislation in Health & SafetyExperience and success in building strong and collaborative working relationshipsCoaching, negotiating, influencing, and consulting skillsAn ability to influence stakeholders and make a positive impactExcellent communication, planning, organization and reporting skillsCase management experience preferable
