Design and deliver programs and resources to foster individual accountability and ownership of HSW practices among employees Collaborate with regional HSW directors to address engagement and learning gaps through targeted initiatives. Minimum 5 years' experience in learning and engagement Certification in any Health, Safety and/or Wellbeing field is preferable Proven track record in designing and delivering engagement and learning strategies within a global organization. Experience in communications, employee engagement, and behavioural change initiatives Demonstrate leadership capability and the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose Storytelling skills to create impactful resources and messaging Project management expertise to coordinate global campaigns, resources and training programs Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor and analyse program effectiveness.
