  21. Directly lead and mentor the HR team members, ensuring the team delivers consistent and professional service across all functions.

  22. Manage the daily workload and performance of the HR team to meet operational deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's Degree is a plus
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead across multiple HR functional areas.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of the organization.
