Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology or Agriculture with a major in Animal Science.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in food manufacturing, specifically in meat processing or similar protein products
  • Willing to work on a shifting/flexible schedule
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends (48 hours/week)
  • This position may be asked to perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time or as the need arises.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop new workers for the Toll Processor
  • Maintain all records and documents about the company's code and rules for processing
  • Monitor and verify the specification of raw materials and packaging, process procedure, and documentation
  • Ensure that all production checklists are properly accomplished
  • Verify the issuance of marinades and check all the inclusions during brine preparation
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the equipment used in processing
  • Other tasks that may be assigned
