  • Monitor and control all activities involved in the production of brand-new cylinders including requalification and repair
  • Assist in preparing long and short-term plans for the plants
  • Provide company production of cylinders at the lowest possible cost as well as within the framework of company policy and established quality specifications
  • Monitor if plants and equipment are properly maintained
  • Secure required LGU permits for plant operation
  • Apply and process Permit to Operate for DOLE and DENR Compliance
  • Process DTI/SEC company license renewal requirements
  • Monitoring of plant raw materials
  • Coordinate with the Quality Control Section and Maintenance Section on quality standards
  • Monitor and report daily production output and other work results as well as monthly production output
  • Monitor attendance and performance of workers
  • Counsel workers with regards to their attendance
  • Other tasks that may be assigned Monitor the dashboard to ensure the daily target is being achieved
  • Create reports on the production output
  • Other tasks that may be assigned
