About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.' as a CSR Blended & Travel Account - Bridgetowne Site (Virtual Application Process). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to clients across various communication channels, including voice, email, and chat. The role is based in Cainta Rizal, offering the flexibility of a virtual work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries related to travel and account management
  2. Providing efficient and effective customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues in a timely manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel or account management industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  4. Proficiency in using various software and technology tools to support customer service activities
  5. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
