The Opportunity.

Thakral One is looking for a Junior Accounting Analyst with at least 2 years of experience and a CPA license to support general accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities. The role includes managing A2R/I2C tasks, reviewing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits, ensuring compliance with PFRS and BSP regulations.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with PFRS and BSP regulations.
  • Manage daily and monthly General Accounting tasks (A2R, I2C) and ensure timely completion of reports.
  • Review and approve transactions for Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivables, and journal entries.
  • Perform month-end closing activities and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Conduct account reviews and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
  • Support audits and risk-related requirements (BCP, RCSA, BIA) and ensures audit requirements are submitted.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in process improvements.
The Expertise.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • CPA license required
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
