About the Role You will write and execute test scenarios, validate system functionality, and mentor junior analysts. This role is central to ensuring the firm’s HRIS and people-related systems perform as designed across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Write detailed functional and end-user test scenarios based on business requirements. Perform functional testing and validate system behavior against configuration workbooks. Execute test cases, log issues, and support issue investigation/resolution with development teams. Mentor junior test analysts on methodology and expectations. Support UAT by preparing scenarios and assisting end users during execution. Must-Have Qualifications Experience as a Senior Test Analyst, ideally with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS. Strong understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee data, leave, learning, performance, compensation). Solid grasp of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Clear and structured test case writing skills. Experience documenting defects and working with dev teams for resolution and retesting. Experience mentoring/coaching team members. Good-to-Have Background supporting cross-functional project teams (PM, config, design, data, change). Exposure to enterprise digital transformation projects.
