About the Role

Your responsibilities as Data Analyst will be varied and allow you to continually contribute to the growth of our company and to the success of our clients. They will also allow you to innovate, learn and grow. They will include:

  • managing the collection of data from media agencies and managing the data processing workflow to ensure that client reports are completed in a quality and timely manner
  • effectively communicating workload prioritisation and progress to Head of Data Analytics and Client Service team
  • continually ensuring data accuracy and quality via all methods we use
  • creating processes and working to constantly evolve how we analyse and draw insights from data
  • determining areas for and methods of improving our systems and existing analytical approaches
  • collaborating with IT to advance our reporting capabilities and improve accuracy of data
  • liaising with third party data suppliers to ensure that all data has been supplied
  • researching and compiling marketplace insights by keeping up-to-date with industry developments, news and trends and insights from our client database
  • using industry tools to generate campaign performance measures

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data management role.
  • Relevant experience within the media or advertising industry is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling large datasets and using formulas or functions for data processing.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • No coding experience required, but knowledge of software automation is considered advantageous.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.

Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)

  • Internet Connection : Min of 30 mbps wired internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer with updated current programmes from home with Dual Monitors
  • Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
  • Webcam - Contractors must have a working webcam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
